Ascension on the Bayou

I live at Ascension on the Bayou Apartments, and honestly, this place has been nothing but a nightmare. For the price we pay to live here, the level of security is unacceptable. This property is constantly being broken into. Storage units have been broken into multiple times, cars are regularly broken into, and there are even vehicles sitting in the garage for months—covered in dust and clearly abandoned, possibly stolen. My trailer was stolen, and this past weekend things got even worse: multiple storage units inside and outside the building were broken into. What’s alarming is that all the unit doors were left open, which strongly suggests that someone may be using a master key. Here at Ascension I had an amazing experience the environment was so beautiful with a grand staircase at the entrance. It was perfect. The apartments were an amazing size it exceeded all of our needs. I highly recommend these to move into. Fredrick was absolutely amazing as well. Very great personality and provided all the info we needed. Highly recommend him

Jessica, Hannah and Vanessa were very welcoming and easy to work with. Anytime we ever needed anything the response time was always quick and attentive, both from the office staff as well as the maintenance team. We enjoyed living there as our home away from home during our home renovation this past few months. The facility was clean with a connecting path directly to the Terry Hershey Park. Gym equipments were practically new in the building 1 downstairs. They also have monthly events for residents. My children enjoyed their Halloween movie night and the Fall sock pumpkin making event a lot. Look no further! This place is it!

Fredrick Pittman, the apartment manager, is absolutely amazing! His level of service is exceptional, and he always responds quickly to my calls and emails. He truly goes above and beyond to make me feel valued and important as a resident. Because of his professionalism, dedication, and care, I am happily renewing my lease. Management like this is hard to find — highly, highly recommend.

I do not live here. This review is a review for the tour. Fredrick was pleasant, was able to answers all question, and had a great personality. The floor plan was beautiful and the tour was quick which I loved. The amenities were nice. I did not choose the apartments because I found one closer to my job and prefer a personal storage.
