Ascend is a Bait and Switch! This advertising, the pictures, the information is not fair to you. I am compelled to inform you. Take a moment to review this information as of 3/7/2026: Rooftop & Courtyard Outdoor Spaces False Advertising: Two outdoor courtyards — including a rooftop — with firepits and grills (inoperable) create spots to relax or host friends (on what premise?). The rooftop (it is not a “rooftop” 4 th floor) courtyard offers skyline views and evening ambiance. Fitness & Storage False Advertising: On-site fitness center lets you keep a routine without leaving home (There is little room for more than 2 people in which, tenants cannot create “routine” (no sign-up lists for small area)(missing equipment). I don’t feel safe here 😢 packages get stolen. Also there used to be a media room but then it was taken away from the tenants. It was included in the rental agreement and yet it was removed :( Management seems to be inexperienced

This building is amazing! I had a such a good experience here. Emily is the property manager and she is amazing, super responsive, and always so kind. I love being creative with the small space of the studios and I appreciate the affordability. I love the Korean restaurant downstairs.

My daughter gave 30 day notice to move out in August. I am a cosigner and went into the portal towards the end of her move out month to confirm the date and add my bank account info for security deposit refund. I also deactivated auto pay so we would not have any issues being charged rent moving forward. On October 1st I was notified of a rent charge for almost the full month. My credit card was used to do an autopay, even though I had deactivated autopay, someone went in and reversed it. I am now struggling to reach anyone on the phone. The phone number they give you does not work. You have to dig to find a different number to leave a message but I have not heard back. Might be time to get a lawyer involved. This is really shady. (there is no new manager) the building feels like an oven when you get out of the first floor, and the ceiling fans on the 5th floor are so close to the ladder if you walk up it you have to dodge it, when i just moved in, it hit my head and made me bleed, could of seriously hurt myself, told management and got no response (this happens often) how ever i do want to give props to Emily for finally calling the vent people it had been off for months if not years now, i had been complaining about it for months, she told me i should call them to service the vents, i felt that was ridiculous. i also want to give her props for giving an temporary option to remove the monthly wifi charge which is usually un avoidable. i hope you guys can call the trash company and set up a different time for them t
