I’ve had a great experience living at Ascend at Hilltop. The entire team does an amazing job and truly cares about the residents. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and responsive, and the maintenance team is outstanding—quick, efficient, and respectful every time. Customer service here is top-notch from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Ascend at Hilltop to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The community manager and all other staff are a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to make this complex feel like home, ensuring all needs are met in a timely manner, keeping the complex clean and safe and remembering my son and I by name anytime we see them in the clubhouse. This complex is the best I’ve lived at. There’s events hosted every month that are free for the community members, a brand new pool, grills, fire pits, a fitness center and a playground to use. I couldn’t imagine anything else I would need/want from an apartment complex. They have worked with me and have been flexible from the time I moved in. This place is the first apartment that I’ve felt at home in.

We’ve been living at Ascend at Hilltop for a little while now, and it’s already been such a positive experience. They’re truly creating a community, and I’ve found everything I need to feel comfortable and at home. I’ll be very sad when the day comes that we need to move because of everywhere I’ve ever lived (LOTS of places), this is truly the best! One of the standout features of this luxury property is the security. The area already feels very safe in addition to being conveniently located in the hilltop area, but the apartment comes with a single app setup to manage your smart door lock, security system, and thermostat.
