Jose and the service team go above and beyond to keep the property looking great and address any issues quickly. They are respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. Chanel is also a great manager and clearly takes pride in her community.

Ever since we moved in on August 15, communication with management has been very disappointing. First issue: The trash company never picked up our trash since move-in, so it piled up for about two weeks. When I contacted the trash company directly, they said the property management needed to report the issue. I emailed management about it on August 29 and 30 but never received a response, leaving us to figure out how to dispose of our trash ourselves. Second issue: We were told during our tour that the “free rent for November and December” included in our move-in offer could be spread out over several months instead of having one month completely free. When November came and we saw that our rent was free, I emailed management to clarify if we could still spread it out, but again, no resp

Ascend at Gateway is a beautiful community and it really stands out from the rest. Chanel is awesome — super easy to work with and you can tell she genuinely cares about the property and the residents. Great vibe all around.

Apartments are very nice and move in was easy. Carlos from maintenance is awesome I had something minor to get fixed and he came quick and had it taken care of. Highly recommend this apartment complex

I give this property a NO STAR if I could. We toured this property back on January the 18th, 2026. We applied for a 2Bdrm Townhouse. It took but 10 seconds for their system to take our credit check money (for my spouse and myself) and the 200.00 dollar holding fee. Fine! Then once we were approved and received the email for approval pending a application to the company they use to finish approving you. They use a company called "The Guarantors", (started sounding skec, kind of mafia like) to have tenants apply to finish the approval. As we looked over the application to this company, we felt concerned about the process. (Since the agents didn't tell us about this process till we called to inquire.)
