The worse 8 month experience I ever had. I thought this would be an amazing place to have and it was very spacious and nice. However I was mistaken. Previous neighbors were always arguing, the building was barley cleaned during the week, there were parties outside the building every weekend, the windows were nasty, infestation of bugs with the landlord wanting to do nothing about it. I sent several letters and ended up leaving my lease early in which they held 1/3 of my security deposit without an explanation of why. Then got threaten and was accused of being the problem. So glad I moved on to home ownership instead of paying this SLUMLORDS mortgage! Please whatever you do, save your money and BUY your own place. Do not support 4040 Carpenter LLC!

The Landlord Baki is a horrible person, a liar and thief. Do not trust the land lord. He will literally steal from you after a written agreement to return the deposit when you move out. He will manipulate you, talk down to you, and then pretend like he doesn’t know what you are talking about. I have all the proof of that if anyone feels like they question this. I also want to make clear that I have not done anything wrong and did everything he has asked me to. Wether he wants to admit it or not, is fine. But I will make sure he is reported for his wrongs. Beware!!

Minerva is the greatest. She works in office and takes the time to listen to whatever issue you have and does her best to help you resolve said issue. Heating issue to apartment issues, she makes sure to write down your problem and contact the correct authorities to get any and all problems taking care of.

Good landlords. Pay your rent, and you won’t have any issues
