While the initial process seemed smooth, it wasn't long after moving in that I discovered numerous concerning issues. Firstly, significant repair work was overlooked or inadequately addressed. I called Hector at Arvy Realty this morning, & without an appointment, he took time out of his busy day to do a BPO for me. He met me at the property within half an hour, in a proper gentleman's suit (in 85° weather), shook our hands, toured the property & explained the process. An hour later, he patiently discussed with me a thoroughly prepared report about the property, handed it neatly in a folder to me with his business card, & said anything else I might need, just call.
