Arvada Point Flats

I toured this building and loved it! It was clean and in a great area with amazing mountain views. It was nice to have options for so much space and still be super close to the city. Looking forward to moving in!

The leasing team was super helpful in answering my questions and booking a showing. I loved that it was close to the community garden and Walmart!

I could not recommend this place more! I have had nothing but a positive experience living here. Management is quick to respond to us should anything come up and provides a quick resolution. Views are great and love how it is in close proximity to the city!

Things were fine for a while, but the new management company (Four Star) does not appear to give a shit. We've experienced repeated theft, vandalism, car break-ins, violence, smoke, and threats from another resident. We've also had multiple power outages for days at a time... we work from home and pay all our bills. This is not okay! This is lawsuit territory.
