Arturo Blanchet, Texas Realtor

My husband & I had an bad experience with Arturo Blanchet. There was miscommunication and unethical behavior when we tried to inquire about a property. Arturo claimed to be the agent for the listing, but after further investigation, it was revealed that he is not the assigned agent, which created unnecessary confusion, false information and wasted valuable time. Additionally, his lack of transparency and professionalism was frustrating, leaving us questioning the credibility of his actions. I would not recommend working with someone who is not clear and honest about their role in a transaction - especially one as significant as a house transaction. Proceed with caution if you consider working with this agent.
