Artland Reality Company is conveniently located on Church Avenue near transportation. B35 is literally in front of it. It's an easy walk-in for the elderly or disabled. I visited to do fingerprinting for iDENTIGO for work. The attendant was very professional and respectful. She was not rude like most centers. She informed me that they will be moving across the street, so keep that in mind. It's small, but that will change. They have a digital sign-in form, which makes it easy and efficient. Also, a great method for contact tracing and record keeping. This is now my go to for Fingerprinting.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The waiting room was PACKED. I had an appointment for IdentToGo services. It took almost an hour to be seen. (The whole service takes about 10 minutes). The place reeks of mold/mildew, an odor that was burning my nostrils. The woman doing the fingerprints has a weird passive aggressive attitude. She started blasting music from her phone. I asked her to turn it down because the place was already giving me a headache. Then when it was time to get my fingerprints done she kept grabbing my hands and guiding them like I was a kid. She said I was tense. I told her if she would explain what she was doing instead of just grabbing my hand maybe it would make me feel more at ease. She had to redo multiple fingers because she wasn’t getting a clear p

I agree with the reviews, do not come to this location for INDENTOGO. If you have to do fingerprint scans, I recommend going to a different location. I waited almost an hour to get my scans done despite having an appointment. The lady scanning has an attitude and tried to skip over me.

I can't recommend a business that mislead potential customers and displays a severe lack of professionalism, openly. You're told to sign in upon arrival, but they don't check the sign-in sheet. Came here twice in one week and their machine was down... both times, so every customer's information had to be entered manually. There's neither AC, fan nor windows and it's stuffy. The place has more flies indoor than out and if you step out for air, you might lose your seat on one of the 5 chairs they have for customers.

Words cannot describe the alternate reality this place exists in. The sole worker was on speaker phone with someone from her church the entire time, talking about religion and gossiping about other members of the church. Appointment times were ignored. The place is dirty and disorganized. Identogo should stop using this space. I have never been to such an unprofessional space
