Moving into Artistry at Winterfield has genuinely been a high-quality experience from start to finish. The entire property feels brand new in the best way — the look, the smell, the atmosphere — it gives you that same feeling as stepping into a brand-new car. Everything is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities here are outstanding. The dog park is convenient and well kept, the gym has everything you could need, and the lobby areas with business spaces and private rooms are a huge upgrade for anyone who works from home. The doorstep trash service has also been a pleasant surprise. I’ve never had anything like it before, and it’s one of those little conveniences that makes everyday life easier. Hannah was A+, superior. She exemplifies being professional at the job. She is knowledgeable, intuitive, articulate, and friendly in her demeanor. The property is lovely but...to have the major task of introducing a community handled by such a competent employee, that is a sign of a quality business. I have resided at Artistry since they opened. I have lived in both a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom unit, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced noise. The apartments are lovely, and anything that needs to be taken care of is. Of course, the amenities and residents are all great. What I really have noticed is that since the change in management companies, there has been a higher level of satisfaction around the complex. Macy and her team are really the very best. They have scheduled really lovely events for us, which are so different than anything prior. They are also available to assist with anything that is needed and are really sincere about caring. The maintenance staff is great and always so helpful as well. Truly a wonderful experience here.

Hannah was great at giving us a tour, she explained everything and made us feel very comfortable right off the start. She’s super easy to talk/get along with!

We lived at Artistry at Winterfield for one year and only moved because of a job change. It was our favorite apartment complex by far. This was because of the friendly, helpful and service oriented leasing staff, the professional, prompt, and efficient maintenance staff and an overall homey and friendly environment. I loved having 24 hour access to the common area and two grilling stations so we never had to wait to grill. Artistry at Winterfield is a great place to live!
