Artisan Built Communities

The building process with Artisan has been a stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experience. From foundation and framing not being built correctly, pipes missing insulation (with sales agents and the builder misleading me by saying the pipes were insulated properly; that is until they tore down the drywall and realized that they actually did not insulate the pipes), installed incorrect cabinets, painted the interior of our house three times with the wrong color, bowed ceiling on the front porch...I can go on and on. Despite this experience, I have held off on writing a review, as they have worked to resolve the issues above. The most recent issue, that has been gradually getting worse over the last year, has pushed me to write this review as the builder/warranty department have been

Overall build quality is good. Highly recommend working with Trevor in the sales office. He is very communicative and helpful. We loved working with him. My only negative is that when we had our walkthrough to see our house, it still had stuff everywhere and wasn’t even ready for us to be able to properly mark repairs. So now we’re having to do tons of paint touch ups ourselves. The cleaner that is hired before move in barely even cleaned the house. Minor fixes but just frustrating when you build a new house. Worst of all, be prepared to hire a landscaper after move in or immediately replace everything yourself. Our builder couldn’t get the landscaping company to do ANYTHING they were supposed to do and our yard looks terrible. We have lumpy sod because they never came to roll it in time

I was hesitant to leave a review since I have not yet purchased a home from them. That being said, I am on a list and hoping to be blessed soon. I had to drop a review because Jacqueline, the sales associate there, has been awesome. Always welcoming when we stop by and quick to respond if I have any questions. Considering today’s market and how competitive it is, it helps to work with someone who is kind and considerate of your situation. Highly recommend, but don’t go until after I get my house! 🤣🤣🤣

We have greatly appreciated all the help and professionalism the staff at Nature Walk has given us during our home build. They are quick and responsive to any and all of our many questions. We are greeted with a smile for every visit. This is especially nice because we frequent the office on a weekly basis! We will continue to ask questions along the way and not worry about a disgruntled staff. Customer service goes a long way in our book. The staff at Artisan has exceeded our expectations.

Such a great company to purchase a house from. My husband and I have been kept in the loop throughout the whole process and have had any questions answered immediately. We have had such a smooth process and completely love Jacqueline in the sales center. I would definitely recommend going to them for your dream home.
