Our experience here so far has exceeded all expectations. I could give a shoutout to each of the employees here. They've created such a friendly, connected, and welcoming community. The communication from leasing staff/management is great and the amenities/events are even better. We are really glad to call Arthur our home!

We toured the Arthur with Braden Simon and both his knowledge of the building and the amenities themselves are impressive. I want to move in! Everything from the coffee bar and pet spa to the thoughtful use of common areas, drop-in work spaces & conference rooms, the pool, BBQ areas, gym, and dedicated freight elevator for move-in/move-out in this luxury downtown property are worth seeing in person. Not to mention concierge service and unmatched views... Well done Oppenheimer Development Corp.

The Arthur building is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve ever lived. The apartment is lovely with state of the art finishes and exquisite views! The staff is exceptional and the maintenance crew of Eric and Patrick couldn’t be more skilled and capable. One of the best parts is the interaction between the residents. It’s truly a heavenly place to live!

Beautiful apartment with incredible views. The building is brand new and the amenities are amazing. The community areas are thoughtfully designed and it really feels like they’ve thought of everything. I signed an 18-month lease and I’m already sad about the idea of it ending. I love living here. It honestly feels like living in a hotel.

I’m honestly so impressed with how accommodating and welcoming this place has been for me and my dog, Kyro. Braden Simon has been beyond helpful — seriously the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve lived in a few different apartments, and it’s never been like this. Braden is always available, quick to respond, and always so positive and kind. He’s made everything so easy for us. The concierge team is also awesome — they make me coffee whenever I want and are always so friendly and ready to help. Overall, I’m just really happy here. It feels good to live somewhere where people actually care.
