I booked the apartment online without seeing it in person, and it completely met my expectations! The apartment was very clean, the location is great, and the building staff—especially Teija and Caitlin—were incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend ArtHouse to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Used to be much better with Blanton Turner before Thrive takeover. Maintenance requests go unattended for much longer with Thrive. This is how I've had to resort to running my dishwasher cause it won't stop leaking and they won't come fix it. Other issues, in 2023 after takeover there have been multiple instances when elevator was out of commission for days, trash compactor broken for weeks causing a strong garbage smell, main door broken for days. It goes on and on. Yes, if you get one of the Elliot Bay facing apartments its a nice view but management really needs to work on these maintenance related issues.

I lived in a one bedroom at ArtHouse for a year and feel obligated to leave a review now that I’m moving out to help others in their search. Pros: - Very high quality and lots of square footage for the price, especially for a modern building. - Maintenance resolved every issue my apartment ever had within 48 hours of me reporting it. - Management was very responsive and agreeable. - Amenities are great. I loved getting some early work done in the rooftop lounge with a view of the sound. - Built in portable AC in the living room. Cons: - Some assigned parking spots are extremely tight. I frequently had to enter and exit my vehicle through the passenger side or even the trunk. - Elliott and Western Ave are surprisingly noisy. I just moved in last week. There were a couple of items requiring a maintenance work in my rental unit. The property managers (Caitlin and Teija) quickly helped me put together these two work orders, and the maintenance worker (Stephen) responded to them immediately. The problems were resolved completely within 24 hours. I am very impressed with the considerate and professional work of the staff members in Arthouse. Thank you so much!

I’ve lived at ArtHouse for more than a few years and still like it! The building and amenities have been very well maintained and feel new and def clean throughout. The neighborhood has seen some noticeable improvements in terms of safety and landscaping, which has helped elevate our waterfront living experience while enjoying the proximity to things. There are newer and more luxurious apts nearby that come with heftier price tags, and we feel ArHouse gives a good, overall value. The new property manager Caitlin and her team deserve a shout-out. They have brought in amazing changes since this year. Now we pay rent through a new site where we can accumulate points as how your credit cards would do.
