On our 12th day living here, we had a terrible experience with our upstairs neighbor, who turned out to be very racist and disruptive -vacuuming at 10:20 every night like clockwork. Management’s solution was to move us to another unit. We were never offered the option to break our lease at that time. A month and five days into the second unit, we’d had enough. Between the constant smell of weed, and excessive noise from our neighbor who likes to party every sunday night (which isnt her fault, but it was clear the building was poorly constructed, zero soundproofing or air quality control and not built for any level of comfort) There is also a leak from the upstairs unit that when she flushes, it drips into our vent (we have a video for proof).
