Arterra At Alto Rey Apartments

From day one, this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. The staff is consistently professional, courteous, and on top of everything—exactly why I chose to live here. Malena and Olivia, in particular, go above and beyond with their customer service. Their dedication makes this place feel more like a community than just a residence. I’m beyond grateful and proud to say I just renewed my lease 🙏. It’s comfortable, well-managed, and truly feels like home. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for peace of mind and exceptional service.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. They put me on a do not least list because I stated I didn’t want to renew my lease with this specific property, not the whole property management (integrity)! After 2year of constant issues, my tub was resurfaced 3 times within the 2 years because paint kept peeling. Mold. And roaches. We kept having to be out of our home because of the fumes of the resurfacing. I am beyond taken back by how this management at Arterra is still here. Almost everyone in my building moved out due to apartment issues or issues with management at Arterra. Don’t get me started on the ac because if you face the sun be ready to sweat like you’re in a sauna with the ac on high all day, I had 2 lg portable ac’s band new and it was still unbearable. From the moment I walked in to the apartments, I was very impressed on the staff and how clean the outside of the apartments are. Olivia helped us out and she was very attentive, friendly and informative of every detail about the apartment. She made sure to provide us with the cheapest deal. The property manager is also extremely nice and helpful! The apartment was very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend these apartments! :)

I waited to do a review after us being here after 6 months. We moved in at the end of June with Olivia handling our inquire, tour, and application process. Olivia’s friendly poise from the phone to meeting her was consistent and continues to be as established residents. We had an emergency need to move, I was pregnant and desperate. Malena the Office Manager was also empathetic and professional being very honest in the recent approval of construction to replace their water system. Cautioning me of the timeline and time frame would require patience with inconvenience of the remodeling within each unit. I was very thankful for their open communication from the beginning. If you're going to raise the price of your washer and dryer cycles with no prior notice you should at least have a machine that issues quarters out.
