The amenities are fantastic, especially the rooftop area, which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with amazing views. The apartments themselves are stylish, clean, and well laid out, making them feel both comfortable and upscale. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—close to downtown St. Pete, great restaurants, art, and entertainment. It’s the perfect mix of city energy and a welcoming community feel. Moved in within a day ! All the team have been very helpful especially Karla and Dominic. They are always her for you if you need. The building is clean and I love the dog treats for my dog :)

I absolutely love living here!!! Staff/Management are always kind and helpful. Maintenance is the best— they’re quick, efficient, and personable. I love my unit. It’s spacious and the large closet is a huge bonus. The location, right on central, is unbeatable. The staff goes out every weekday and collects trash outside, around the building, which is something I’ve never seen and appreciate so much. Coming from a poorly managed complex previously, I genuinely have no complaints. They don’t change policies, they don’t spam your email, they don’t ignore their residents, and they don’t tow cars for no reason. If you’re thinking about moving in, do it!

I’ve lived at the Arte for almost 6 months now and am highly satisfied with my experience. A few highlights: Value: - The units are updated and very reasonably priced, especially for the location. Staff: - Karla and Dominic have been welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to provide exceptional service to the residents. Amenities: - The gym is great with nearly every piece of equipment you would find at a commercial gym. - The pool area is large, clean, and nice.

We had a great tour with Dominic, he was so kind and knowledgeable. He was one of the main reasons we applied to live here and are excited to move in!
