Arrowridge Apartments

If you're a good, ethical person, this is the place to rent. I bounced around for a few years after my divorce and finally landed at shamrock where I was actually given a fair chance to turn life around and regain my Independence. The staff and owners have been nothing but helpful and understanding in this process. I also do my part and remain ethical in my conduct and financial status with them. Fell behind once and between communication, hard work and follow through, I was not threatened with an eviction or anything. There's actually a human factor to the staff there. I see this place has a bad rap on Google so I also want to address the roaches. In the 2 1/2 years I have been there now, I've probably seen 10 roaches IN TOTAL. I keep my apartment clean and I don't seem to have a problem

I've lived in these apartments for almost a year now and it has been a pleasant experience overall. Yes, it's a cheap place to live... so there are ALL TYPES of people here. I've had a bad neighbor, and a great neighbor! If you are respectful and follow the guidelines that you signed your signature on to live here, then you will have no problems. If you experience and issue, whether it's with the heat not working, or your neighbors being overly obnoxious, the people at the front office are more than willing to help. Sometimes you have to physically go into the office because their phones are so busy, but they will help! If you are a just starting out and need a cheap place to live, this really is a good place. Just be a decent human being, and pay your rent.

Horrible place to live. My apartment was filthy when I moved in with half of my outlets and appliances not working. I also had holes in my bathroom and carpet coming up off my stairs. My downstairs neighbor constantly had domestics with his girlfriend. There the constant smell of amonia, tabacco, and marijuana coming up from their apartment. On the last day I was living there, before moving out, someone used a key and broke into my apartment. The police officer came to the conclusion it was and employee with a key. I was told by the office that my lease was done April 1, 2017 and so I planned on leaving at the end of March. Then I receive a letter from them stating that I left a month early, plus they tried charging me for a carpet cleaning, and another month of rent. I left that apartment

Roach infested apartments and they refuse to do anything about it. Billie in the office is useless. My brother lives there and the neighbors have pysically stopped him from leaving his apartment, put their hands on him and have stolen his property and they couldnt care less. They blame HIM for the problems because Billie refuses to confront the real problem. Absolutely disgusting. I will be contacting corporate immediately Monday morning. If i could give zero stars i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE WORTHLESS PEOPLE.

Just called about interest in an apartment. The woman who answered was uninterested and dismissive. When asked about the roach infestation problem we saw in reviews and what they were doing to fix the problem, she asked if it was from a year ago. When told it was from a month ago, i was given a talk about “We have these apartments that get sprayed twice a month.” And hung up on me. Don’t waste your time with rude staff and apparently roach infested apartments.
