She was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive, making sure every question I had was answered thoroughly. On move-in day, she gave me a comprehensive tour of my apartment, followed by a walk-through of the building’s amenities. Her professionalism and warmth made the entire process seamless and welcoming. Leasing team is very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I have lived at Arrive for 5 years and look forward to extending our stay! We were impressed from the start by the level of professionalism exhibited by staff, front desk, leasing, event the maintenance team has been first rate. When we first moved in back in 2020, the team here has done a 'beyond amazing' job of dealing with and balancing the pandemic restrictions and related issues, and at no time did we feel unsafe or on the flip side that they had gone overboard with the precautions. The management here also does something fun and special for residents on a regular basis... cocktails or cookies in the lobby and always something extra for the pets. Wish We Had Left Sooner After two years at Arrive, my roommate and I finally moved out—and honestly, we hate ourselves for staying that long. Our new (and older) place is cleaner, quieter, safer, and managed by people who treat us like actual residents. Arrive felt like paying luxury prices for constant stress. Safety? A joke. - We were chased by a houseless man with a pipe and brick. - Saw a car robbery and police chase—guns drawn. - Worst of all, witnessed a fatal shooting of a mother and her unborn child from our window. We reported it all. Management never followed up. When we asked to move units (even downsizing), Cameron, the manager, said no—claiming “many people witnessed it” and they “can’t accommodate everyone.” Rent relief? Nope. We absolutely love living at Arrivé Apartments! The staff here are truly wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. One of our favorite things about living here is the monthly and holiday events they host, which really make the community feel special and connected. Anytime we’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been resolved immediately and with great care. The cleaning crew is here daily, and they do an amazing job keeping the building spotless and comfortable. It’s clear that the team takes pride in making Arrivé a beautiful place to live. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Arrivé really feels like home, and the staff make all the difference!

We’ve been part of the Arrive’ community for 2.5 years and recently transferred apts. The staff made the move stress-free. We really appreciate everyone working in the building, from leasing to maintenance, cleaning, and security - everyone is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of resident activities, all of which are well-planned and executed. We’ve always felt comfortable and supported living here. Would recommend the building to anyone looking for a new residence.
