Arrive Union Wharf

I recently toured Arrive Union Wharf while searching for a new place, and I was genuinely impressed with both the property and the leasing experience. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities in an unbeatable location in Fell’s Point. The atmosphere felt clean, secure, and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the units had a modern, high-quality feel with great natural light. I worked directly with Michelle during my visits, and she was a standout in every sense. She was warm, patient, and attentive, and she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly instead of rushing through the process. Vernon and Walter have been incredibly helpful as part of the maintenance team. They assisted promptly with resolving hot water issues for tenants and handled everything with great care and professionalism. They are attentive, efficient, and reliable — always responsive and thorough in making sure problems are fully fixed rather than temporarily patched. It’s reassuring to know the property is supported by such a dependable team.

Snow storm hit- I look outside first thing this morning and walter vernon and gabe are all out there working so hard to take such good care of us! Everyone at union wharf always goes above and beyond. Oh how we appreciate you guys!!!

After living here for a few months now, I can say it’s has been nothing short of a great experience thanks to the staff members. Everyone is friendly, professional, and available to assist any resident needs. Michelle has been professional and responsive to all our questions starting when we first moved in. I would also like to shout out the maintenance team for their service. Walter was one of the first maintenance employees we met and he was professional, timely, welcoming and responsive to any maintenance requests we have. Also, the cleaning staff does an amazing job at maintaining the building clean! The security team is also friendly and great at ensuring our community is safe at all times. Highly recommend anyone interested moving to Baltimore.

Mr. Walter and Mr. Vernon of the maintenance team were very kind and accommodating when having to replace my washer and dryer. They knew I had an anxious pup and were responsive to scheduling the best time for their work. I appreciate the high-quality service!
