DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Im going to keep this short, sweet and easy to read. I BROKE MY LEASE because of all of these issues below: [ ] Neighbors with Christmas lights & decorations still up for months after [ ] Upstairs neighbors dog constantly barking all hours of the day especially after 10pm and even outside on the porch after 10pm barking. They just leave the dog out to bark on the patio whenever [ ] Upstairs neighbors repeatedly throwing tennis ball in the house all hours of the night [ ] Zariyah (property manager) doesn't handle any issues accordingly & makes it seem like you're an issue for complaining. The neighborhood consistently has gone downhill since she's taken over from the previous manager, Kiarah. [ ] Neighbors constantly throwing food around the property (berries, ap

Mi name is Debora Natalia obelar I live there for 8 years, I am so sad, I move out this past Saturday December 27 and now they want charge me 300 for the trash I left in the garbage container, they have more trash there I promise but I have security deposit and now 3 days later they call me because they charge me 300 dollar por the trash because I am the only one move out. Thanks you so much arrive Roswell for 8 years. ( yesterday I go to giving my kids back and walk the apartment and they don’t said nothing about that) is really sad. Happy new year

*BBB F RATING *I would not recommend anyone choose Arrive or any trinity property. I have dealt with my apartment being flooded due to negligence on the part of the “contractors” they hire on at least 4 occasions. They clearly invest as little as possible into maintaining/ repairing the units, as shown by the incompetence of the contractors. Pics posted of several of the incidents. I live in a terrace level with 2 young children, and after months of complaining that the retainer wall (with no railing and a 8-9 foot drop) was rotting and close to collapse, they finally agreed to have a new one built. After completion of the new one , the contractors dumped dirt in without properly compacting it, so there are now massive holes due to settling/ rain, making it just as dangerous if not more da

Zariyah has made our touring and move in process absolutely fabulous! She is kind, understanding, and answers all questions. She constantly kept us up to date on our move in process. The maintenance staff has also been wonderful and quick! We love Arrive Roswell and are so glad we chose to call it home.

Love living here! Zariyah makes it so fun with themed contests and social events at the office- she’s awesome! Larry and the maintenance team are always helpful and kind. Love having these people waving to you and striking up conversations as you walk through the property. Very awesome having East Roswell Park right beside us for nice walks and many restaurants nearby. We love where we live!
