Breona was amazing! I had a great experience touring the apartment thanks to her. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The tour was thorough and welcoming, which made the process very smooth. I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

After touring multiple apartments in the downtown area Breona sold me on Arrive Inner Harbor. Amazing tour, communicative, and easy leasing process. After my lease ended I tried giving the rowhomes a try and ended up coming right back to Arrive. Great location for easy transit and to enjoy the Inner Harbor. Worked with Breona on my second lease at Arrive and again was quick and easy process.

Updated review: I think the building has addressed many outstanding issues. All three elevators are working, though two are a bit more consistent. There needs to be some more improvements: I think it is fair to make deep carpet cleaning in the lobby area a regular practice. It will soon need one in the spring. I think that carpet needs replacement. Can you please install a room freshener in the lobby/elevator area. Wet dogs and food delivery makes this area smell a bit murky. Gym equipments: can someone review the machines? Also, a lot of the middle dumbbells are missing 15lb, 20 lb, 25lb, and 30lb, making it inconvenient. Rarely do people use 50lb dumbbells. Management has loosened security, and I don't know how on God's green Earth they feel okay doing so. There was just a SHOOTING RIGHT OUTSIDE the building this evening! Arrive Inner Harbor is no longer safe, inside or out! The building used to be managed better and more secure. Now, among other problems, anybody with a pizza can just walk right in and security lets them up to the 4th floor and they can go anywhere in the building from there! They used to have food dropped off on the first floor in the lobby, and management is nonresponsive to the concerns of residents who feel unsafe with lower security. Don't fall for all the obvious and suspicious 5-star reviews. Residents were getting reward points for leaving reviews, and that was stopped but suspicious reviews are still up.

Community great lease management is great Mr Bret and Ms Layla i luv this place really clean and quick it have it own vibe community life events on rooftop sky lounge is a whole wave and vibe to come outside with a cup of coffee to see the waters of the inner harbor is one view you never get tire of. Office people keep you updated with everything thru text or email you have vendors machine so make get a late night snack easy and place is very clean
