Arrive Glenview

I have been here for just about a year now and it has been the worst apartment I have moved into. I’m in a 2 bed 1 bath. To start when I moved in, I was instructed we couldn’t see the unit before hand because they needed to “fix things” only to move in and find out there was a ton of things broken not to mention the door lock had a split crack…. They turned our fire alarms off because everytime we’d cook they’d go off because the units have horrible ventilation. They “fixed” this by giving us a wall unit. Our stove needed to be fixed multitudes of times because the igniter wouldn’t work and they would do “easy fixes” to get it finished with The hot water DOES NOT last in the shower, even after the fix. We ended up getting a payment bounce because my bank deferred the payment thinking

We love living here! The office staff is so friendly and professional! We moved from the East Coast and almost went downtown, but Northbrook was totally the right call. The neighborhood’s beautiful, and having groceries and shops just a quick walk away is awesome. My apartment’s huge and cozy, and the pool’s never packed. We use the grill all the time and maintenance is always here if we need them. Big shout-out to Art , Roxanne, Alison and and Anthony! We are excited for summer.

DON'T waste your money. They over charge for rent. After one year they will raise it again. Double it; to be exact. Snow days? Good luck not sliding or jumping curves because with all that money they rack in they DO NOT plow or even shovel. It could be knee deep and that's how it will remain until it melts. No such thing as sound proof wall. Outside conversations sound crystal clear. Elevators stay broken weeks at a time. Garbage room is always over packed and gross. To top it off there's no cameras covering the entire perimeter. My girlfriends license plate was stolen and she caught a peeping tom in her window so forget the safety feeling because it doesn't exist here. For the rent they charge you can find something worth it. This isn't it.

We are very happy with Arrive Glenview and absolutely love our unit. The community is well-maintained and the living experience has been nothing short of excellent. It truly feels like home, and we’re grateful to be part of such a wonderful place to live. Roxanne and Ella were amazing to work with!

I originally was going to lease a one-bedroom apartment for 11 months, as I had sold my house and couldn't find another one. Of course, then I ended up finding a house, so Ali and Roxanne worked with me several times to adjust my lease to work with the closing of my house. I had so many questions and they were very patient with me, lol, especially Ali, and I really appreciate it. I work very close by, so I'll be walking to work while I live here. It's in a convenient location to the highway too. I haven't used the workout room yet or the package room, but they are convenient to the mailroom and leasing office. I like that guests can park inside the garage while here too. There are a lot of dogs here, and I have one too, so just know that you might be running into them when you are o
