I have lived here for almost two years and have always been helped fast and efficiently by the office and staff. It’s a great building and the renovated unit is nice. The only downside is it’s right next to the highway but that’s a plus for most people for work. Just resigned my lease too!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and welcoming. The property has been beautifully renovated, and shared spaces all look fresh, clean, and well-maintained. Kirstyn was amazing in helping me settle in. She made the move-in process easy, answered all my questions, and genuinely made me feel comfortable and supported. It really makes a difference when someone takes the time to make you feel at home. The community itself is very peaceful, clean, and friendly. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the property, and it creates a really nice atmosphere to live in. If you have the chance to live under the bridge next to this building, believe me—you’ll have a better experience. My husband and I moved here last August from another state. On moving day, we discovered our brand-new mattress and other expensive items had been stolen. We quickly learned package theft is constant—unless you grab deliveries within minutes, they “magically” disappear. The building is next to one (or two) homeless shelters. When they can’t get a room, people sleep outside our door. Safety is non-existent. As a WOMAN, I cannot walk here at night or feel safe in the garage. Homeless individuals regularly enter to steal or dig through trash. I’ve been harassed multiple times. They light bonfires, blast music until late, and cause disturbances. I’m absolutely loving it here! It is a great location. Just sitting in my apartment is so soothing. My experience with the staff was amazing! My pup and I are definitely feelin at home. It is new for both of us and will take some getting used to. I am ready to make memories here!

This property fails at even the most basic standards of livability. The hallways consistently carry the stench of garbage, creating an environment that makes every entrance and exit unpleasant. The gym is little more than a cramped afterthought, and the location offers no meaningful advantage to compensate for these deficiencies. Management presents a polished façade of “concern,” but the reality is indifference. Their public replies do not match their private actions. On multiple occasions, my vehicle was blocked in by contractors who were given no parking guidance. This happened three separate times - each one met with complete inaction from management. A building that cannot control its own garage cannot claim to run a functional community. The overall quality of living is unacceptabl
