Such a shame! Over the past months the new management has proven as bad as the old management was good. I used to feel so welcome here. It was a safe, diverse, and clean community. I loved my neighbors and the sweet neighborhood. Now, I cannot recommend it at all! The front office is absurdly rude and unresponsive, and bordering on negligent around issues of safety and cleanliness. For example, when the elevator was broken (again!) during a recent health emergency, I was shocked at what could only be described as a smirk from the assistant manager at my plight. No one so much as asked why when I chose not to renew, unless you count the blasting of texts from their AI agent reminding me to pay my last utility bill (which I’d already paid). Like I said, it used to be a really nice place, but

I have lived here for eight years, through a few different management companies, but the current managers are the worst. As someone who has rented in New York City, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Washington DC, I can safely say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The current managers are awful. A dead mouse in my bathtub which office management chastised me for bringing to their attention. Black mold in a bathroom and now in the dining room. People live here for the school district. But it’s not worth putting your children’s health at risk.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. The location is beautiful but it’s filthy. The lack of cleaning is very disturbing. The elevators are gross. After complaining I was informed that the common areas are cleaned every other day. Although that’s unsanitary it’s also a lie. The pool area is nothing like the website. The last 2 weeks it was open it looked like a swamp. You are forced to pay for a trash butler service for $35 a month. They’re very selective on what they want to pick up and when they want to pick up. Just know that your trash will sit in front of your apartment over the weekend when the office isn’t there. Be prepared for maggots in the summer. It’s always an excuse that your trash is too heavy (over 25lbs didn’t know I need a scale to weigh trash). The ameniti

I've lived here 2 years. Maintenance is incredible. That's about it. Unfortunately the folks in the office are borderline negligent. They claim they care about the community but do not. They will not let the community know if there is a robbery or if there is an incident. A resident dog was killed on the property a few nights ago and the people in the office absolutely refuse to alert the other residents dog owners and have done nothing to help keep the community safe. The residents here deserve better and multiple residents are growing more and more frustrated with the office. Aside from those uncaring individuals, aside from no longer feeling safe here, maintainance is awesome and there is plenty of parking. Maybe look elsewhere if you're apartment hunting.

The review is based on MY EXPERIENCE. I lived here for 2 years. Overall, I would say good facility but expensive, especially now. I loved living here. These are the positives and negatives I felt, hopefully someone might find it useful. PLUS POINTS: 1. Great move-in experience. The entire unit and the appliances were almost same as we toured. 2. Never had a problem with maintenance service in the apartment. Very very quick. 3. The apartment was nice, enough lighting and BUG FREE👍. 4. Plenty of trees in the campus, which makes the place nice and cool during summer. 5. Door to door trash pick up every day. 6. Elevator availability in the building is a big plus. 7. They refunded most of the deposit amount, they didn’t charge unnecessarily👍. Move-in and Move-out experience was nice. MINUS:
