Just stayed at Arras and had the best time. I’ve always loved the hotel and this was my first time staying in the apartments. I loved it even more. Having the extra space and the full kitchen to cook meals was so perfect. Love that it’s dog friendly as well. So clean and high end. We were even able to extend our stay easily when the weather made it too difficult to travel. Really appreciate this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing and the space itself is very comfortable. All of the amenities you could ask for are in the unit. We used the washing machine and cooked breakfast every morning. The valet was very easy and convenient. We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Southern Exposure. We’ve stayed at the Kimpton hotel many times, but this was our first time renting an actual apartment in the building through Arras Vacations. They were great to work with! They provided lots of helpful communication before and during our trip and responded to the one question I had very quickly. It was great having a completely separate bedroom area and a full kitchen, even though we didn’t cook during our stay. Too many great restaurants are nearby. At least we had space for the leftovers! Not sure we would go back to a regular hotel room, even a suite, which is our usual. This was so much better and the cost is comparable. The unit was modern, bed was comfortable, view was amazing and the Kimpton overall is such a great location,

The Arras Kimpton in downtown Asheville is definitely one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled all over the world. We had one of the apartments overlooking Pack Square and it was absolutely spotless. I am very particular about hotels and will not walk bearfoot in the rooms unless it is spotless. The moment I walked into the apartment I took my shoes off!! Everything from the valet, concierge, genius elevator systems, gorgeous views, fantastic communication throughout, made our stay absolutely perfect in every way, and we will be back!! And shout out to Bonnie who makes sure the rooms are spotless, she deserves a raise for how high her standards are, this is what sets this hotel apart from all others. I am now planning our return trip!!
