Management has became money hungry , greedy and selective on which tenants maintenance requests are ever even addressed. Since the change in ownership, the exterior look of the property has improved, however they have been and have continued to be, lazy and rude towards anyone they can’t get more money out of. I saw more issues here since the change, than I had for the 5 previous years with multiple management companies having came and went. I would never recommend anyone live here unless they can afford the goal rent that Sean Murphy seems to hope to accomplish gauging the price per unit to. They state these are on their way to becoming ‘luxury apartments’! Which aside from the fact that the area dosnt match that idea, and regardless of what they do to ‘update’ or ‘improve’ the visual

Unfortunately, I can't do a full review as space is limited. I wanted to explain our three-and-a-half-year history with Arnada Pointe Apartments and show the contrast of the two previous management companies, vs Mission Rock Residential. What follows isn't a full accounting, but it will at least tell a basic story. If you want to know more. I'd be happy to share. In April 2022 my family and I moved back to Washington State from NW Indiana. We rented online, sight unseen, as we needed a ground floor apartment with no stairs due to my wife's disabilities. This was one of only a couple of properties that had an affordable 2 bed/2 bath unit. Thank you Arnada Pointe for having such amazing staff members who truly care about the people living here and are always so kind and caring. Sean and Elisa are the best!!! and the maintenance crew thank you for always fixing any issues right away. If you need a great place for yourself or for a family I highly recommend Arnada Pointe. It is close to everything and they are always updating stuff on the property to make it better for everyone living here.

Isaiah and Sean are absolutely AMAZING! With the new management comes new property projects / renovations that I cannot wait to see finished. Isaiah is always super friendly in passing and very knowledgeable. Sean and Isaiah are both carrying this property and it shows! Grounds are always well kept, pool is officially open, and Sean is always warm and welcoming in the office. The clubhouse has a cute coffee bar with a decent size gym! Between the community amenities and Sean & Isaiah you can't go wrong with Arnada Pointe!

The ground's here and especially the dumpster area is unsanitary. Wether it's dog poop not being picked up, or the dumpster being a horrible mess. There is always a mountain of garbage left out in the open making things unsanitary and hazardous. And seems like management and maintenance don't mind it since it's a frequent situation.
