Armon Bay Apartments

We just moved in! The process was quick and painless. Mia was amazing. The property is older but well kept. There was a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, but Mia and her team were on top of it as soon as they opened, the following day. The maintenance team seems be pretty organized (which if you have lived in apartments you know how important that is) The property looks clean. They have plenty of pet stations throughout the property. If you are looking for good rent, great staff, and a DECENT apartment, go look for Mia.

I recently had a great experience at Armon Bay Apartments, and I wanted to share my thoughts. From the very first tour, Mia was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and addressing all my questions. The affordable rents make this property an attractive option, especially for those on a budget. While Armon Bay is an older property, the care and dedication of the staff are evident. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and supported. If you’re looking for a place with a personal touch and reasonable prices, I highly recommend checking out Armon Bay.

My partner and I were only here for a year. We initially decided on it because they had availability when we needed it. I wouldn’t say these are the worst apartments but they are definitely not the best. Initially, the previous staff was helpful but as soon as we moved in, the help ended. We had a huge leak in our ceiling that was never patched up so we just left it as is as nobody followed up and it wasn’t a HUGE eyesore. The new management did get the roof fixed so no more leaks!! The downsides are that there are no washer and dryer in the units. Initially it was not a problem but after awhile it got old, especially when people just leave their clothes in the on-site washers for hours on end, the washroom was never clean, and a handful of washers don’t work. I haven’t used their washers

Lived at this location for four year's and it was good the first/second year with management but after that the new management went down hugely when Jess & other management took over & they were terrible when it came to priority to work orders, taking weeks to address & fix any issues inside the unit i lived in, had my kitchen sink & dish washer backed up with water for over a week . This complex is decades old and the actual apartment units are very old. A gun shooting actually accured at the next unit over from the one I lived at about six months a go with a actual ccpd officer that lives on the complex. You have random people that are released from the hospital next door (bay area hospital) all around the parking lot's, going through the trash dumpsters, I definitely wouldn't recommend

Current resident about to move, but since living here has been such a great experience, I wanted to share my feedback: Management has been awesome! Any time we've had an issue with anything, whether it's been maintenance or general questions about our lease, everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Speaking of maintenance, those guys are on it! We never have to wait around weeks at a time for an issue to be fixed if any. Overall, this has been one of the best experience at an apartment complex me and my fiancé have had. We're only leaving cause we needed a bit of change with space. I'd recommend Armon Bay to anyone looking for affordable living, fantastic management, and spacious rooms! Thank you guys for everything! 🩷
