ArLo Apartments

I was so interested in renting here, until I met the property manager Jasmine. She was absolutely unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. I can only imagine what it would be like relying on her for services while staying here. I liked the building itself, but Jasmine just ruined the whole experience for me. First impressions are everything. There are better options in Portland, right down the road.

What a great staff through the leadership of Jasmine. They’re very supportive and caring. My family feels safe in this community and thus far, all the people we’ve met here has been friendly.

I lived at Arlo for nearly two years. The management and support staff are wonderful and very helpful. If you want to live in a place where they know your name and greet you with a smile, this is it. The amenities are excellent, and overall it was a wonderful living experience.

The maintenance staff -- particularly Mario and Roberto -- are not only good at their work keeping everything in tip top shape -- they are friendly, welcoming, and part of what makes living int he ArLo building a pleasure. I recently put in a work order on a couple of small things - things that other people might have put off. They were addressed and done well within hours. I was delighted, and look forward to telling Mario so in person.

We had the privilege to live at the Arlo for a year. During our lease we experienced great service whether it came to leasing, maintenance, or security concerns. The leasing team truly cared about any issues and stayed consistent with communication. Maintenance would conduct visits the day after a work order was made or called and worked around our schedule. Lastly, the moved out process was very smooth and fast. We always felt at home at the Arlo and hope future residents love it as much as we did.
