Arlington Village Townhomes

When I first moved to Arlington Village Townhomes, I was lead under false pretense on how they operate. I became the very frustrated tenant. The one who was constantly leaving repeated work orders and complaints. However I can say recently we have been under new management in the office. Ms. Dixon is amazing. I will be honest I wasn’t the best cup of tea for her to meet! However, she heard my grievances dug deep into the reports, visited my property, and within the past two months all my issues have been resolved. She is very communicative, extremely patient, Professional and proficient in providing results. This community has come a long way. I am happy here and would recommend for anyone to move here. It’s not perfect because they are working with making many changes with switching over

This was my very first home in Greenville when me and my family moved here back in 2007, then it was called Carriage House Apartments .. 18 years later me and my boys moved in as our first place together. Not only are the rates reasonable it’s a decent place to live in. Every place has there ups and downs and as old as these buildings are, I don’t expect them to be the Taj Mahal. I find this place to be a place of comfort for me and my boys I don’t have too much of an issue living here. One of my neighbors I remember from when I was a little girl living all those years ago. I’m glad God allowed me to come full circle by allowing me to rent here. It’s a great start for my new life with my babies.

I live at Arlington Townhomes and will happily change this review if something is done. When we moved in we were not allowed to tour our unit. We toured a model unit. We got the keys and went to our unit and it was AWFUL. Paint job was trashy, no air conditioning, the doors were ON THE FLOOR, not even connected, the toilets didn’t flush, the drain didn’t drain, there were holes in the wall, and so many other issues. We were promised they would get it fixed . We were promised everything would be taken care of. We’ve now been here 2 months, the only thing that’s been fixed is our fan. We still have NO AC, can’t flush toilets properly, and have TONS of other issues. It’s HOT, and MISERABLE. We were also charged FULL rent including time we weren’t even there in September. We haven’t paid it

I moved to Arlington Village Townhomes at the end of August because I was needing a huge change in my life. I lost my mother back in April in the home I was living in and I just couldn’t bare living there anymore. I completely left everything and moved here to Arlington Village Townhomes for a fresh start and it’s been the most calming experience I could ever imagine and has helped me with grieving. Greenville is a great place to live, the neighbors are super friendly and rates are affordable.

I have lived here not even a year and there have been multiple issues and multiple property managers. When I first moved, I moved into The Avery (same management) and it was infested with roaches I moved here. Lo and behold, it was also infested with roaches. The property manager at the time (2nd property manager since I moved) offered to move me to Arlington Village and I agreed. A few nights after being here, I noticed the roaches everywhere. In the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. My heat went out, and I put in a maintenance request. We had two ice storms, and my unit got below 50° at some points. At this point, there was a third property manager. With every new property manager there seems to be new contracts, making it harder for things to be done properly, and timely. I called emerg
