Arlington Square Apartments

O4/23/24 They are slow with work orders/ maintenance needs & need to stay on top of mowing the grass at least. I keep dealing with it because when you explain something to the managers, they don't listen because they think they know everything. Gave it a try to mention, but, I'm just over asking & talking to them about it, though at this point! I keep praying for God to just keep me patient because I'm just glad I'm not homeless. They also need to add another dumpster to the dumpster area on the Douglas Road side by the "B" Aprt units because as soon as the trash man comes, that dumpster is full again in no time. I lived here the hold $125 of your deposit no matter what! Very slow to fix. They provided used nasty 🤢 appliances and expect you to be ok with it.Dont rent here!

The outside is so dirty filled with trash all over I am very disgusted . they don’t fix nothing in the apartment .
