We rented a unit in Parkfairfax managed by this property management company and their “property management” was a disaster. I experienced constant flooding and sewage leaking from the kitchen sinks (yep, 2 sinks), giant sized insects invading our space, decaying floor boards from water damage, 3 years of uninterrupted mold and mildew, the need for a dehumidifier requiring 4 buckets of water to be dumped daily, and the last stray was a bathroom ceiling leaks flooding the unit requiring a 1 month stay in the hotel paid for by my insurance and I still had to pay the rent for my unit. Here's what you should know: You will be able to directly contact "sales" / "leasing" up to the point of you signing a lease. There will however be no direct phone number or office to go to once you live at this property. They are free to ignore your email requests for apartment services or repairs. Any issue you have will be ignored generally speaking. These "luxury" units are cheaply built in every area except the kitchens are okay... well unless your ice maker doesn't work and your range is a few decades old. Oh and they ran out of functioning microwaves. The wiring in these buildings was poorly done with intermittent flickering, and sometimes the light switches simply decide not to work.
