Living at Arlington Mill Residences has significantly declined over the past year since new management took over. During very cold weather, the hallway heat does not work, which is unacceptable and unsafe for residents. The elevators are frequently out of service, causing ongoing inconvenience, especially for families, seniors, and residents with disabilities. Package theft has also become a regular issue, showing a lack of proper security. In addition, there has been constant turnover of managers and staff within just one year, creating instability and confusion. This level of turnover makes it difficult to trust management or feel confident that concerns will be addressed. Management behavior has also been unprofessional. I lived at Arlington mill for about 4 months now. I love the location it is very centralized and public transportation is close. I love the office staff. Dean is always professional and willing to help my husband and I. Dro, the maintenance guy is great and polite, very quick to get to work orders. I meet the property manager Jessica, she has made many changes and really cares about the community. Anthony help my family obtain help from the county..awesome guy. The only thing I can say bad is the crazy neighbors, but we deal because we love our apartment.

I lived here for over 8 year's, this apartment used to be managed by qualified staff members, and knowledgeable maintenance workers. However, recently the new management doesn't meet the expectations. One of the most serious issues is the lack of property security, the building lobby and parking garage frequently accessed by strangers and individual experiencing homelessness. Which makes it feel unsafe especially during the evening and weekends. Request for maintenance was often delayed or completely ignored. This is very frustrating to deal with. For an example, most of the time the elevators are out of order for weeks if not for months. Also, the request for maintenance in the unit is poorly installed with cheap materials. Overall, the property standard is declining to a lower level.

live in this building and I have many problems with the building manager only she is not nice to me and I feel racist because I do not speak Spanish although the Latin neighbors are very nice and their children play like my children are very polite, the problem is that the ceiling of the apartment has been open from Friday May 2nd until today May 8th and they still haven’t fixed it and I have pictures and videos that confirm what I say and the problem of the carpet they haven’t fixed it almost I suffer from its problems and my children keep falling since last year and they still haven’t fixed it to this day and there are many problems in the building like the elevator only one is working if you want to go down to your car you have to wait for the elevator for about 10 minutes

Have lived here for over 10 years, have witn4essed from the very first property Manager Paradigm to the Current property manager True Ground. Suffice it to write that on could have foreseen the involvement of a parent Organization (A.P.A.H) deteriorate to a degree that it is willing to associate itself with a property Management company of questionable scruples like its current property manger. I have NEVER witnessed until now, all of the many attempts subterfuge resident agency by treating residents residents with NO respect, outright LYING or worse yet engaging in intimidation to a point where residents leave the premises after unwittingly signing an intention to vacate, or other reactions to the company's malfeasance.
