We needed a ramp and an ADA bathroom added to our home. Andrés , the architect, and Heather, the designer, spent a long time with us getting to know our wishes and needs. We're so glad we went with ARKE because they designed a ramp and bathroom that are so seamless, it looks like they were always part of the house, not like they were added on. Andrés designed a beautiful space for us with not much space to work with. Heather assisted us with choosing fixtures, colors, and counters. The workers were a presence in our home for a while, but we never minded. They're a nice bunch to have around and always respected our need for occasional privacy. We were looking to build an addition to allow for another bedroom and more space to better organize our home. After talking with MANY different contractors and designers we were continuously told our concept was too difficult to tie-in to existing structure. ARKE was the only ones with creative vision and solution to achieve what we wanted. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Both professional and personable. The design process was collaborative and engaging, empowering us to make the space we wanted. Building work was completed efficiently and properly. Even when changes or adjustments were required creative solutions allowed work to continue. Highly recommend to all our friends and look forward to utilizing their team again for future renovations.

We contracted ARKE originally for the design of a major kitchen renovation and sunroom addition but enjoyed working with Andres and his team so much that we used them for the construction as well. Our main plan was to renovate the kitchen and add a sunroom and we had had a round of proposals the year before but didn't find a great match. With Andres, he was able to take some of our loose design ideas and translate that into a cohesive architectural plan that turned out really well in the end. It was a major project so construction time was almost eight months in total but the end result turned out better than we had expected.
