Mary Kate was absolutely wonderful during our apartment tour! She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to walk us through every detail and thoughtfully answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed—she truly made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Her knowledge of the property and genuine enthusiasm made the tour both informative and enjoyable. We really appreciated how much time and care she invested in helping us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Rosa has been amazing since the day I moved in. She is incredibly considerate, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Anytime I need help or have even the smallest concern, she responds right away and handles it with so much care. Her support has truly made my experience here so much better. I recently transferred to Seaglass. Overall I'm happy with my apartment. I have a beautiful space with large rooms, more than enough for my pup and me. I enjoy a water view and ample tree-free blue sky for birdwatching and planespotting. I'm close to medical facilities, shopping and the Beach. It's just a quick drive to the airport from here. The exterior of the complex apartments have been remodeled but not the inside apartment space. They have maintenance staffers The complex has a quiet park like feeling. Now that the remodeling construction is finished and the piles of surplus building supplies have been removed it is very quiet and looks serene everyday. I want you to give a big positive shout out to Rosa and the team! Waiting with an early mourning treat and a smile was a happy experience for myself as a long time resident. With our busy lives it not always convenient to participate in planned activities. This made everyone feel included. It's refreshing having the management come to us. True team spirit! Thank you

I moved to NE Florida last year and found the natural, peaceful Arium Seaglass community nestled among the trees to be just right! Smiling Rosa with her welcoming and upbeat manner made me feel right at home, she was so helpful and along with the entire staff is always there to assist with any issues. Now if I can just get used to the constant traffic around the corner on A1A...😎
