I really wanna thank the leasing office and the manager for going out of him way to get us a little deal to renew our lease. I really appreciate that, I’m so glad we renewed this has been the best complex I lived in ever since I moved to this state two years ago. The whole team is so sweet and helpful, it’s a great location where I feel safe especially walking alone and with my dog, and they always take care of us with ANYTHING we need. Thank you guys again I’m so happy we found a great complex with amazing team and neighbors and thank you for helping us renew again 😇!!!

BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY! They will steal rent money from you, they do sneak extra charges from you, they do charge you multiple times, even after you move out too! Be very aware of this company. The apartments themselves are beautiful and very comfortable to live in, its management that is the issue here. Edit to response: I have reached out to y’all multiple times about this and with proof. No response, no accountability, nothing.

Тo anyone looking for a fantastic community to be a part of, amenities, and a sense of wellbeing, this is it!!! Our move-in experience was seamless, and the hospitality has been above and beyond. I'm extremely happy we chose to live here. Chris was absolutely amazing in helping us find our dream apartament. Ask for him, and he'll get you Q'd in!!!

I have lived here 5 years and Arium is the 3rd company to take ownership, following Greystar and Rosemont Ridge. I must say this company is more attentive and humanistic than the previous ones, and the face of the office is most definitely Karen. Whenever I have an issue, from as small as getting to a package after hours to moving to a whole different apartment in order to save money, Karen is supportive and facilitates a seamless process. She knows this business, both technically (legalese, details, 'the rental industry', etc.) and even more importantly, as you will read over and over, Karen understands how to communicate with people--in every state of emotion and crises. Hang out in the office for a few min while you wait to talk with her and you will likely see her deft communication

Would pay for parking, and there would be no parking spots in the entire lot, requiring me to park outside the gate... pool would be packed from people who didn't live there. Parties late at night in the pool.Apartments smells of cigarette smoke from other neighboring apartments. They finally fixed the gate, it was broken for about 10 months. Cops being called and fire department at least once a week in the middle of the night. Maintenence crew was great. The older gentleman with who was the main maintenance was awesome.
