This property is incredible! I stayed here in a short-term rental and had a perfect experience. The team is fantastic as well. I definitely recommend leasing here if there’s availability, or checking out one of their short-term rentals!

Living here for little over 6 years. I was very happy with previous management until new management came.( under new owners) they changed everything was good here. Used to be Maintenance was super quick. But now they don’t care even if you have a flooded in your apartment or your drywall is open , no matter what happening they don’t care about your problem. If you call them or go see them, they’ll say they will take care of it immediately, but that’s not gonna happen. You have keep waiting for few weeks. So many apartments I lived before, never happened any horrible experience. This is the first time I am writing review. Imagine how frustrated I am with these people.. Never get a straight answer or right estimate time for them to fix issue. Dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere. People pa

Where to start, i guess with the fact that the old management team was attentive and would actually hear you out and go out of their way to help you with whatever issue you had, ever since this new management took over, the grass areas are full of dog poop(before that was not a problem seeing as they would fine whoever doesn't clean up after their pets) if you complaint to the office all they do is send out a blast text/email to all residents saying something along the lines of "please pick up after you pets or a fine will be applied" (either no one seems to care or management doesn't actually do anything because it keeps happening) they indirectly raise you rent every once in a while by implementing "new features" to your apt unit such as a monoxide detector, they took out our door lock

I Live here for more than 2 yaers and happy , hightly recomend New managment make all New diference, this is the best place i choose to live. Thankd Manager Gloria and Yainet and meintance excepcional service.
