I have lived here through several administrations, in fact I may be the longest living tenant out here, and the administration present now is certainly the best. The facility is very well maintained and organized from the office to maintenance to every day life. Very comfortable and safe environment with very few problems that I know of. As a former corrections officer I keep an eye out for trouble but I don’t see it here. In fact I often walk right across the street to the Thornton’s gas station for refreshments even after midnight and feel safe doing so . Department is less than half a mile away and between them in Columbus area as well controlled. My mom and I came to get a application little did we know that the women in the office was a racist old hag. I explained to her that I was a full time student and worked full time. The first thing she said was "I don't condone house parties". Just because I said I was in school. Sorry ma'am every college student doesn't live that life maybe if she would've went to college she would know instead of being and old bitter white lady working as a landlord. DON'T MOVE HERE, the management acts discriminatory an there's never anywhere to park. The neighbors park in the VISTORS SPOTS instead of their own an then guest are forced to park in the back, even if you circle the entire place to find a vistors spot they are GONE, they watch you alot over here too an theres an old man who apparently use to be an ex cop so he acts like the neighborhood watch an hes king. Ive told them multiple times there is never anywhere to park an they didnt care an they STILL towed my car, last month hear was hell, may be cheap rent but save yourself the dignity an find somewhere else! Oh an they ANT infestation and it takes forever for things to get Fixed!

I lived here for 4 years. It used to be a nice, quite and clean area until I had loud nasty neighbors move into my building. People started throwing trash anywhere and everywhere. Neighbors were very inconsiderate and disrespectful when it came down to noise. This place has definitely going down hill with druggies moving in.

The rental lady is very rude and stereotypical do not go here and she is also a rascist , if I could give a -negative star I would . I’m currently pregnant and was looking for places to move I told my significant other to go pick up the application for me because I couldn’t leave work .
