I have had such a great experience while helping my son during his apartment search at this complex. From day one, the staff has been friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything he needed. The maintenance team responds fast and always does quality work, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels very safe. We really appreciate how quiet the community is, and the neighbors have all been respectful and friendly. The amenities are a huge plus—everything is modern, accessible, and taken care of regularly. His apartment itself is very spacious with a great layout, updated appliances, and plenty of natural light. Parking is easy, and the location is super convenient for shopping, work, and dining. I'm very satisfied with the generous staff at Aria Lake Carolina who ensured my move in day was easy and swiftly as possible. They made sure I knew about the specials and everything they had to offer for new residents. The apartment was just what I wanted and expected as far as space and cleanliness.

I have waited to submit a review until I could see if my issues would be resolved. They have not. The staff is friendly and courteous, but thats where the positive ends. It took six weeks for my application to be approved and was told since I had to get an override due to my credit. My move in date had to be pushed back since A/C wasnt repaired yet. When I did move in, it still wasn't completed and took two weeks for work to be done. I never got to do a walk through before moving in either. I never received a mailbox key and was told they were on back order. Later I was told that I need to go to the post office to get my own keys, and that cost me $28. The apartment is a wreck and nothing had been fixed. I have informed the staff several times and they said that they are fixing issues in

Diamond, has been a great help and so pleasant to work with. The apartment complex is really nice and quiet. I have seen worse in other areas and I believe this is a great spot for me. Also, the property manager is very professional and nice.

I also had great hopes and expectations for this complex despite the other negative reviews. I had a tour i loved the home I submitted my application and provided all the requested documents that were neede, that was weeks ago. I have not received a phone call, email, text message or anything updating me on my status from the management or leasing team. When I call l get the answering machine. I am highly disappointed! I got all excited for nothing im currently still waiting after I sent a email Oct 3 for a response.
