Aria at Willowick Park

I am a local agent with HOU Apartment Locator and I recently toured this property and love it. It is conveniently located close to both Texas Medical Center and The Galleria, the leasing agents are all really nice and the interior features are jaw dropping.

These luxury apartment homes are in a great neighborhood. I love the trees around the building which provide nice shade. My aunt moved here, then referred my mom who enjoyed staying here for over 4 years! My cousin has since moved into the building as well.

This apartment complex is amazing !! My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and are renewing our lease for another year ! The staff is so friendly and the 24 hr concierge takes the time to know the guests. It is also very nice to be able to pick up our packages at any time. Any problems inside the apartment are always resolved in a timely manner. The fitness area has new equipment and is very clean! The other common areas are also very modern and kept very clean. There is coffee stations on the main floor as well as on the second floor ! We live on the top floor and rarely do we hear our neighbors. Most residents here are also very friendly. We have no complaints about this complex!! Recommend it to anyone!!

I want to start by saying that you shouldn't live here. Any good reviews that they have got was before the new management. Very unprofessional and rude management. They treat tenants in a very condescending manners. We witnessed many apartment break-ins. Cars windows got smashed and possessions stolen every and the management says, "it is not our responsibility." When anything gets broken it takes at least 2 months to get fixed ( hot tub, grill, elevators) Living here isn't worth what you are paying for. My car paint got ruined because of a leak in the parking garage. Dirt and spiders everywhere in this building. Nasty pool that they never clean. Check other places and think 100 times before committing to misery with Aria Willowick

Im giving it 5 stars because other than a few roaches here and there, we had no major issues, the neighborhood is surrounded by huge trees and greenery that is gorgeous, the roaches are unavoidable, they aren't a crazy issue, just annoying, maybe saw 5-6 in my apartment during the 13 month lease. Really enjoyed all the amenities, pool was fine and kept up, hot tub was under construction when we first moved but is great now! Grill is a great spot to hangout and cook. Maintenance was ALWAYS on top of things. Honestly quality for our expectations. The concierge always greeted us and having them there 24/7 was a huge plus! I have no complaints.
