Argonaut/El Tovar Apts

I just moved in- is it the $4,000 apartment down the street with all the bells an whistles NO! But guess what it isn't the streets where I was at. These people worked hard to get me in- put up with my frustration and fear and got me off the streets- I took a shower when I wanted to today, I cooked when I wanted to today ( burned the ^&^*) but I cooked. To all the negatives look again its not the streets of colfax- its home make it what you want it to be. Thank you to the boss lady there she's good people PS the non smoking things sucks

I had a clogged toilet. I had left a message on the emergency phone. I received a call back in less than a hour; Roy said he would be over shortly. He was at my apartment within the hour, snake, tools and all . Thank you Roy, for your prompt attention; And fixing my toilet. 😊

Problems with laundry machines, vending machines, plumbing, drafts, critters, vandals, vagrants, crime in area, noise, 2nd hand cigarette smoke, people leaving emergency exits propped open for their homeless friends, security, etc.

I moved in a short time ago and was a bit concerned due to the negative reviews. This community is affordable housing - the management team Mrs. Sanchez, Liz and Steling are nothing short of amazing. tough, but cares. Some of the residents here are tough on their own community and blame everyone and everything for their neglect. I’ve had a few issues but they were immediately addressed. I am thankful for my home and hope we can get a few things turned around I will be a part of the solution and not the problem. Thank you Liz and all ps maintenance needs help

Manager N STAFF THAT I HAVE MET WERE CARING N DID THERE JOBS WITH GRACE,MAKING SURE EVERY THING WAS TAKING CARE OF, THE RESIDENTS WERE VERY KIND TO ME, IM LOOKING FARWARD TO MY NEW COMMUNITY AT THE ARGONAUT/EL TOVAR APTS.
