My husband and I were first time home buyers, unsure of what we had in store in regards to buying a home; but, Jackie and her mom made this experience one to remember. Not only were they there through every step of the process, Jackie also communicated daily with the mortgage broker daily on our behalf. Jackie made herself available to talk when we got frustrated with the home buying process and she encouraged us to never give up. My contact with agent Florencia Areviche was a negative experience. She was abrupt and rude. She refused to give any assistance she made me search through the listing and when I couldn't find what I needed she reluctantly gave me a phone contact. I called many times was sent back into queue and live chat was automated as well. I have no showing instructions and am referring my renters elsewhere. Terrible experience!
