I have leased with Ares Real Estate for the past 2 years and had a wonderful experience. I worked with Juan Vega, one of the brokers, and his communication was always very thorough and detailed. Plus, it was always very easy to reach him if there were any issues. Everyone has been great!

For 8 years, I had a great experience living in a condo managed by Juan Vega. Juan is a wonderful person and property manager. Super responsive, kind and professional. Every time I needed any maintenance, Juan made sure it was done in a timely manner. Couldn’t have hoped for better. I honestly was hoping that he had another unit in the complex I was residing or somewhere close to it. However, it didn't work out that way. Nonetheless, thank you, Juan, for everything.

Ares real estate services provided exemplary assistance for my college daughter, both in acquiring a rental unit and helping her move out after she acquired her college degree. Juan is the best! It was my first time moving away from home and Juan made the transition seamless. The apartment was in spotless condition and exactly like the photos. Maintenance requests were fixed next day with excellent service. Renting with him was as smooth as can be, and getting into contact with him was a button away. 5 Stars, I'm sad to have to go.
