Steve sent us a prompt quote and completed an appraisal in a timely, professional manner. No complaints about their service, I just wish that the software they use could attach the appraisal via email, instead of providing a link to download it that expires after 90 days. I misplaced my appraisal and here I am a year later, emailing them, hoping they keep a copy. PRINT YOUR APPRAISALS for safekeeping.
