Communication has been great with Jenna, she gets back quickly and was very thorough when I moved in. The heated parking will be a plus this winter, they’re small garages & have assigned parking spots.👍🏼 I love my apartment as well!

The apartment was ok and fairly quiet. The hallways were always dirty as well as the entry, elevator, and parking garage. I vacuumed outside our apartment every week and often wiped up spilled “stuff” in the elevator. This could be so much better with a simple cleaning schedule. Most of the time, the “secure” small door to the garage area was totally open, about 90% of the 9months I was there. I reported it, nothing fixed. During the winter, since the ground level remained unoccupied, it was not heated sufficiently which made our second floor apartment floors really cold, even after placing thick carpet down, the floors were really cold. There was almost always a “weird” smell present in the building hallways. It wasn’t horrible, but I’m guessing for the price, you can find better.

Poor communication with management. Applied for a lease and paid the application fees, and then no response for more than a MONTH. For Management to inform us that they rented it out to someone else. No communication whatsoever. Would not apply unless you are willing to lose money.

If there was a negative five stars option, I would have chosen it. So disappointed with the management office!! I would not recommend any of my friends to do business with them. They did not keep their words with me at all. If you have to rent an apartment with them, make sure you have EVERYTHING in WRITING!!

Had a doctor's appointment for my mom they are very helpful and came with the wheelchair to help her and brought her back out to the car and wheelchair very friendly people
