Not pet friendly makes it hard for people who have pets

I have lived here 3.5 years and I can honestly say, it’s a great place to live! Management keeps the grass mowed very well, and maintenance/ upkeep is done in a timely manner. Very friendly manager, she makes sure we take care of our homes, monthly inspections and monthly pest control. It is a No Pet facility but for those who are approved for pets for medical reasons, we are required to keep them inside, unless on a leash.

Dumbest rules I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex. Nothing allowed on balcony/ patio except chairs. Not allowed to lift blinds. Monthly inspections- expect 2-4 people to be walking thru your apt every month. They walk through, open your stove to check if you clean it, will give you a warning for a dirty oven, or dirty dishes. They also will enter your apartment on a day that is not on their scheduled calendar to change the air filter. (They could add it to the calendar so we will know, but they don’t). Seems to me like they don’t actually want anyone to live here. Make up new rules everyday. Get warnings for actually living in your apartment. I’m tired of it. I’ll pay more to live somewhere else and not be bothered every month.

I rate this 5 stars because the property manager is nice, the maintenance guy is on time and always gets the job done sometime the manager helps him too which you don't see much. Also they maintain the grass very well. Very pleased. Love living here

They're not concerned with their disabled tenants that live there there's no handrails going down the outside stairs for the disabled that live thereThey're more concerned of which way you have your mini blinds turned, they should be concerned about safety features In the apartments no shower rails the tenants are told to buy there own,! Only one handicapped ramp! They need to do right by the disabled that live there!.
