Ardleigh Gardens Apartments

RENTER BEWARE Be cautious when dealing with listings from Chelsea Management. I’ve been in contact with an agent for a while, trying to secure an apartment, but the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Communication is inconsistent, and every time progress seems to be made, there’s another delay or excuse. After doing some research, it’s clear that these listings are misleading, and the landlord is only collecting application fees without any real intention of renting the units. If you’re looking for a legitimate place to live, I strongly recommend exploring other options to avoid wasting your time and money.

I just moved into this building. I love it. Nice neighbors. Quiet Neighborhood. Beautiful apartment and very well kept. Wonderful amenities. Signing my lease was an easy process. I am very busy. I appreciate that he worked around my schedule with the entire process. Definitely recommend.
