Arden Hills

I lived in these apartments for 1 year! It’s a great community neighbors are awesome. I will say the inside was really nice but cabinets are very brittle so are the doors. Basically a place where they paint over the bugs and fix things with the cheapest supplies! Maintenance never really came. Never had issues with bugs but neighbors moved in upstairs and roaches would be spotted sometimes one by one once they moved after 6 months we never saw them again! I have severe ocd so my apartment always loooked lovely just wish better materials were used so everything didn’t feel like it would fall apart if you scrubbed to hard

I've just recently moved to the area from Alexandria, Louisiana, and the staff at Arden Hills have made it such a pleasant experience. They have been incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout this process. I couldn't have asked for better folks to rent from! In addition to that, the unit is fantastic! It's clean, I am modern, and in a great location (and very affordable). I'm so happy I found this place! Update: After one year and three months at Arden Hills, my wife and I moved into a house near Downtown Tulsa. I loved my time at this complex, though, and I’m so happy for the lovely memories made. Slapping lipstick on a pig. Over 4 decades I lived in a dozen rental communities ranging from no frills entry level up to gated high end communities. I have never lived anywhere as appalling as Arden Apartments. I guess my luck ran out. The places are falling apart. Cleaning the kitchen cabinets moving in was when I fell through the rotten cabinet. I mean literally rotten, so rotten it could not have held a tea cup. Looked fine to the naked eye just don’t touch it. Same applies the the sink in the master bath. Went to pull the stopper on the sink and everything fell apart, the whole drain. Same for the sliding door lock but that didn’t matter because you needed a crane to open it anyhow. It was one thing after another and it was when I fell through the kitchen cabinet I saw the

Doing a cross country move was not easy but everyone at Arden Hills had made my application process to my move in day smooth sailing! Stacy, Bethany, and maintenance have had so great communication with me when I need anything and even gifted me with a goodies box on the day I got my keys. Can not thank you enough for such kind staff and quiet place to stay! 🎉

Stacy, Bethany and Carl are great people. They will go above and beyond for you. We had a hard time with some of the neighbors (as is expected with apartments), but Stacy and Bethany and Carl do everything in their power to get it fixed for you. Honestly, if you need a place to call home for a bit, choose Arden.
