Arcona Strand

I have been at Arcona for a year, the apartments are clean, spacious and have excellent sound proofing. The managers Katie and Brittany have been very helpful. They are very responsive and polite. The maintenance team is always respectful and very knowledgeable. The pizza shop and coffee shop are A+. We have also been loving walking the trails and stopping by the ice cream shop! Ps you get use to the trains quickly

I recently visited this property and was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The community was clean, well‑maintained, and had a welcoming feel, but what really stood out was the property manager. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and the overall quality of the community. She took the time to walk me through the amenities, answer all my questions, and point out thoughtful details that really make the place feel like home. The tour never felt rushed, and their professionalism made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that’s not only beautiful but also managed by someone who clearly takes pride in their work, I highly recommend stopping by.

I stopped by the Arcona Strand for a quick look. The office staff was warm and welcoming. The apartments are huge, very spacious and beautifully laid out. The clubhouse space is next level. It looks amazing and modern. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to hang out all day, sit by the warm fire place, or take a bike ride around town.

We just signed the lease to our apartment at Arcona and have had a great experience throughout the entire process. Britney was wonderful to work with. She made everything smooth and stress free. We appreciate her help and support!

I’ve lived here for about 2.5 years now and honestly it’s been such a great experience for me. The team here is always kind and helpful when I have had questions, and maintenance, especially TJ, actually gets things done quickly which I really appreciate. The community is clean and has a beautiful walking trail/green park, the amenities are well kept, the pool area is never overly crowded and my unit has been super comfortable. Overall I feel like things are taken care of here. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s managed well and the rent is comparable to other apartment complexes, if not even slightly more cost effective on the West Shore.
