With that said here's the deal, we had to downsize so after carefull consideration decided to rent here. We are sad not to be renewing our lease. This place is a diverse community with little to no crime nobody checking car doors tight knit. They provide pest control and keep in mind it's an apartment so you may see the occasional bug. Our maintenance requests were answered so quickly that we felt special I'm talking the very next day. Sometimes there's a water issue it is turned off at times but for the most part we were informed about it. The one thing is that people use the dumpsters that don't live on the property and leave bulky items. Now for the reason we didn't renew is that

So far into this experience I can’t help but give five stars not only for the wonderful staff but because of how quickly I was able to move in when I desperately needed a place to live. I met with Milton who was able to help me my entire way through swiftly and successfully with little to no hiccups. He was insightful, understanding, informative of what he does and any other areas I had questions, and was overall such a great help. The apartment was clean by move in day but does have some slight issues(That’s everywhere people deal with it) but for the price, hospitality, and overall environment I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home for the time I’ll be staying here at Arcona groves and can’t wait to see what the future of this lovely complex holds! I had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with my agent Milton! From start to finish, he made my transition to Florida incredibly smooth and stress-free. Just moved in. The facilities are very clean and the staff are down to earth and very helpful. Milton was the agent that helped me find my apartment and he took his time to make sure that all my needs were met as well as getting me the best deal. Milton made the whole experience painless and easy and I cannot recommend him enough if you need to lease an apartment on a busy schedule. Communication was great, vibes were great...no BS.

So many problems, I don't know where to begin. It started with a lousy upstairs neighbor playing loud music for hours. Then stomping, yelling, smoking drugs that filled my apartment, large ants all over my apartment, all lots of roaches. The bathroom toilet is uneven and I was told it would be repaired and it was never done. My bathroom ceiling has mildew where the shower head is and every time I complain about it, I was told it's my fault for not leaving the door open and turning on the fan even though I explained that I always do and it's still has mildew growing. I tried to talk to the office and say maybe there's a leak or something upstairs and they say no, it's coming from me. The appliances are refurbished and do not work appropriately.
