I am David Cheng, resident of Arcola Tower, #1211. I have lived here for over 12 years. Today I want to talk about the environment here. Whether it is safety, hygiene, service, etc., I am very grateful to the management of Arcola Tower, especially the manager Ms. Wright, who is willing to accept advice and has a humane management that has touched the residents. Her office team, such as Ms. Brown, Ms. Grant and even the maintenance staff, also provide us with the fastest service. I would also like to mention that what surprised me was that the new assistant, Ms. Emilia, was actually very good at her job and was very kind. I believe she would be of great help to the manager. Amen 🙏
